Can Set
Well that can set finally got glazed and fired. It didn’t quite fit in the previous loads (always something), but here it is. I love it. The glaze came out phenomenal, I used temoku gold with some splashes of white and green. It’s for sale on the www.mudstuffing.com. Until it sells, it’s sittin on our mantel.

Middle
My little brother David is pretty dang cool. Let me tell you how cool he is. He designed a t-shirt (in his spare time mind you), millions of people voted for it on threadless, now it will live forever on the bodies of other people. How cool is that? If your still not sure, let me reassure you, it is pretty dang cool. This might give you some insight to who I was raised with: David’s Marshmallow Factory
This thinking about my little brother made me come up with a silly poem called…
Be Middle Boy.
have an older brother
have an older sister
have a younger brother
have a younger sister
be middle boy
have no tattoos
have no piercings
have no job
be crazy uncle to older brother’s kids
little brother crazy uncle to my kids
be middle boy.
look up to older brother
look up to younger brother
love older sister
love younger sister
have one son
have one daughter
have one wife
be middle boy
White Picket Fences
When we first moved into our house, one of the first things we needed was a fence our late dog Ruben. Gina found an ad for some cheap, used picket fencing. It took three full truck loads to get it all to our house, then we only needed about half for the fence. What to do with extra picket fencing? I don’t think I’ll be identified as a “fine wood worker”, but I’ve been putting it to some use, check it out.
